NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Missouri State Unemployment Council will conduct a meeting beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 5, 2008 at the Missouri State Capitol Building, Hearing Room 7, Jefferson City, Missouri.

The Council was formed in accordance with Section 288.475, RSMo, to advise the Division of Employment Security in carrying out the purposes of Unemployment Insurance Law.

The tentative agenda of this meeting includes a discussion of a legislative proposal for the 2009 legislative session. The Council has also invited labor and business organizations to obtain input.
