ORDER
OF COMMISSION
Objection filed on March 31, 2000, by Carpenters District Council of Kansas City and Vicinity to Annual Wage Order No. 7, Section 042, pertaining to the wage rate for the occupational title of Carpenter in Henry County, Missouri (Objection No. 10), issued by the Division of Labor Standards, Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, and filed with the Secretary of State: March 10, 2000.
On March 31, 2000, an Objection to the above‑referenced
Annual Wage Order was filed on behalf of Carpenters District Council of Kansas
City and Vicinity (Objector), with the Labor and Industrial Relations
Commission (Commission). A hearing in
the matter had been set for May 15, 2000.
On May 15, 2000, Objector and the Division of Labor
Standards (Division) filed with the Commission a Stipulation of Fact. The Division and Objector have agreed with
respect to what wage rates should be paid for the occupational title of
Carpenter in Henry County, Missouri.
The Commission received no other objections with respect to the wage
rates for the occupational title of Carpenter in Henry County. The Commission received no Motion to
Intervene in this action. The wage
rates to which the parties are agreeing are reflected in the Stipulation of
Fact, which is attached to this Order.
The Commission accepts the wage rates reflected in the
Stipulation of Fact. The Commission
orders that the wage rates set forth in the attached Stipulation of Fact are
the prevailing rates for the craft listed.
The Objection is dismissed.
