On April 6, 2000, objection to the above‑referenced
Annual Wage Order No. was filed on behalf of Carpenters District Council of
Greater St. Louis, AFL-CIO (Objector),
with the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission). A prehearing was set for May 2, 2000. No parties indicated an intent to
intervene. A hearing in the matter had
been set for May 22, 2000.
On April 27, 2000, the Objector and the Division of Labor
Standards (Division) filed with the Commission a stipulation of fact. The Division and the Objector have agreed
with respect to what wage rate should be paid to Carpenters. The Commission received no other objections with
respect to the wage rate for Carpenters in St. Francois County and received no
Motion for Intervention. The wage rate
to which the parties are agreeing are reflected in the stipulation which is
attached to this Order.
The Commission accepts the rate and fringe benefits
reflected in the stipulation and orders that the rate set forth in the attached
stipulation is the prevailing rate for the craft listed. The Objection is dismissed.
