In the matter of objection filed April 10, 2000, by International Association of Heat & Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers, Local Union 63 to Annual Wage Order No. 7, Section 073, Newton County, Missouri, issued by the Division of Labor Standards, Department of Labor and Industrial Relations; filed with the Secretary of State:

On April 12, 2000, objection to the above‑referenced annual wage order, filed on behalf of International Association of Heat & Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers, Local Union 63, was received by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission.  On April 19, 2000, dates for a pre‑hearing conference and for hearing were set in regard to the wage determination and the objection.

 

On April 27, 2000, the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission received a request from International Association of Heat & Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers, Local Union 63, Newton County, Missouri, asking the Commission to allow it to withdraw its objection to Annual Wage Order No. 7. 

 

The Commission grants the request by International Association of Heat & Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers, Local Union 63, Newton County, Missouri, to withdraw its objection to Annual Wage Order involving the wage rate for asbestos workers in Newton County, Missouri.  Since objection has been withdrawn the Commission shall not hold a pre‑hearing conference, hearing or issue an order regarding this objection to Annual Wage Order No. 7.
