DLS did not violate Hancock; Division Designation of Tasks into an Occupational Title was Proper

Based on an Eastern District Court of Appeals decision from a Supreme Court remand, the Division of Labor Standards’ allocation of tasks into an Occupational Title of Work Descriptions (8 CSR 30-3.060) was proper, and did not violate the Hancock Amendment.
