LENDING POLICY

Due to the amount of requests received, we must limit each request to two videos. A requested video may already be out on loan, so we suggest you list all your choices and prioritize your selection by numbering your choices with #1 being your first choice. In the event either of your two selections are not available, use the enclosed form to reorder.

Once received, the videos must be returned within 15 days. This will help in getting videos out to all those who request them as soon as possible.

Return mailing instructions will be sent with each request. We insure our videos for $500 and ask that you do the same when returning them.

Damage to any video is the responsibility on the borrower.

Returning videos late may result in denial of future requests for videos.

COMPANY. THE MWSP CANNOT GIVE THAT AUTHORITY.
