General Wage Order No. 51 is now final and in effect as of August 8, 2007

Due to a clerical error, Footnote "g" was inadvertantly omitted from Annual Wage Order No. 14 for Washington County for the Occupational Title of Plumber. Footnote "g" has been inserted and applies to the Occupational Title of Plumber.

Due to a clerical error, the rate for First Semi-Skilled Laborer issued in Annual Wage Order No. 14 for Boone County was incorrect. The Basic Hourly Rate should be $20.37 with Total Fringe Benefits of $8.99. Overtime No. 110 and Holiday No. 7.

Based on incorrect information provided to the Division of Labor Standards, the fringe benefit percentage amount issued for the Occupational Title of Electrician (Inside Wireman) in the June Incremental Increase for Annual Wage Order No. 14 was incorrect. It should read 39.5% instead of 39.75%.

Annual Wage Order No. 14 remains in effect since May 16, 2007

March 2007

Annual Wage Order No. 15 has been filed with the Secretary of State and is available for review. Continue using Annual Wage Order No. 14 until the new Annual Wage Order becomes final.

According to Section 290.262 RSMo 2000, within thirty (30) days after a certified copy of this AWO has been filed with the Secretaty of State, any person who may be affected by this AWO may object by filing an objection in triplicate with the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, PO Box 599, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0599. Objections must state the specific grounds in writing. Each objection must certify that a copy has been furnished to the Division of Labor Standards, PO Box 449, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102-0449. [See 8 CSR 20.5010(1)]. A certified copy of Annual Wage Order No. 15 was filed with the Secretary of State of Missouri on March 10, 2008. AWO No. 14 remains in effect until AWO No. 15 is final (Section 290.262 RSMo). AWO No. 15 will be effective no sooner than April 10, 2008. It could be later if objections are filed. August 2007

June 2007

General Wage Order No. 51 has been filed with the Secretary of State and is available for review. General Wage Order No. 50 remains if effect until General Wage Order No. 51 becomes final.
